Brent Harvey

Brent “Boomer” Harvey, 37, is the longest-serving North Melbourne footballer in history, a former club captain, a premiership player, a NMFC ‘Team of the Century’ member, former Australian captain and, after 21 seasons, a much loved legend of the AFL. Harvey is just the fourth man to play over 400 games and, barring injury, will become the AFL’s games record holder in July 2016, breaking the longstanding record of 426 held by Michael Tuck.

Brent lives north of Melbourne with his wife Shayne and three children Lacey, Cooper and Hudson. His energy drink Sparks by Boomer launched in 2015 and he remains a proud ambassador for Wildlife Victoria.
