What Powers Kids?

We are thrilled to reveal that The Children’s Book Council of Australia has announced the theme for Children’s Book Week 2019: ‘Reading is my secret power.’

Each year across Australia, the CBCA brings children and books together to celebrate CBCA Book Week. During this time schools, libraries, booksellers, authors, illustrators and children celebrate Australian children’s literature and you will often see children’s book character parades and talented librarians creating amazing displays.

Running from 17 – 23 August this is the perfect opportunity for little super heroes to celebrate all the best things about books and reading.
