                  1. PawelBorkowski says:

Of course, by the end of winter, most of the vitamins in fruits and vegetables, which are stored from summer, have been destroyed. But they are still there. And in most cases we kill the vitamins ourselves for the convenience of cooking. For example, we took apples, beets or carrots, cut them up and put them in the freezer for storage. But already in the process of cutting vitamins oxidize. So if you want to get the most out of the supplement contract manufacturers product, cook it 20-30 minutes before consumption. The second important point: you can never exclude anything: because there are vitamins that come with plant foods, and there are those that come only with animal foods. For example, vitamin B12 is absorbed exclusively from animal foods, and if you give up meat, you run the risk of deficiency of this vitamin.
