Pivoting and Facebook: A Message From Better Reading

As many of you know, Better Reading was swept up in Facebook’s mass ban of publishers in Australia. Today, we’re back to business as usual, sharing our love of books, authors and reading.

We want to thank you for your support while Facebook was down. We were overwhelmed by messages from the reading and publishing community. You came out in droves to watch our popular What Are You Reading? Segment, first on Instagram and then on YouTube.

As we move forward, we will continue to stream all our Live Events across YouTube. We’ll also share book news and reviews on Instagram. Please follow us on both so you never miss another great Better Reading event.

Finally, the word of the day in the office during this event was PIVOT, and we actually had fun with that. In the spirit of pivoting, we launched a new weekly Book Chat podcast.
