                    This is a classic Varla Eagle One cable/phase issue pattern. When the problem is directional (only under steering load), it usually points to a fatigued motor cable near the stem or a loose phase/hall connector rather than the controller itself.

                    Best approach is a full continuity check on the 3 phase wires while slowly turning the handlebars, plus a careful inspection of any yellow connector blocks for heat marks or partial burn. These scooters often fail at stress points where the cable bends repeatedly.

                    I’ve seen similar cases where a simple reseat + tightening of internal connectors completely solved the vibration/stutter behavior.
