Synopsis

Dan Churchill has been in your shoes. He began cooking for his family when he was twelve years old. Over the years, his friends realised how much their mums and girlfriends loved the fact that he could cook, and they asked Dan for his help. He wrote the recipes in this book for his friends, and revised them until they were foolproof. Divided into sections based on everyday scenarios, DudeFood features mouth-watering recipes that are easy to read and, most importantly, easy to make.If it’s Sunday afternoon and you’re preparing for another long work week: save time and money with Dan’s Slow-Roasted Beef, a hearty meal you can enjoy that same evening, but also slice up for lunch the next day. If it’s early Wednesday morning and you’re getting ready to hit the gym: mix in your blender the ingredients for a Choc-Banana Protein Shake, which provides the right amount of protein you need to repair your muscles after lifting weights. If it’s Saturday night—date night—and you’re hoping to impress, follow Dan’s directions for making a Chocolate Soufflé.Packed with helpful tips and shortcuts, as well as beautiful photographs, this book will turn any dude into a cook.
