Synopsis

A compelling, sophisticated, tightly plotted thriller, perfect for graduates of Robert Muchamore and Anthony Horowitz's Alex Rider series."Why are we doing what Tommy wants us to?" I asked Tony. "Because sometimes, kid," he said, "we have to dance with the devil." Tommy Kelly may be banged up, but he's still pulling the strings. Calling Eddie Savage back into the world of intelligence to track down his daughter, Sophie, the king of crime is venturing into an uneasy relationship with the law. Eddie, meanwhile, has his own reasons for accepting the job. But it's one that requires him to infiltrate the dark heart of the IRA, a dangerous place indeed - and one that brings flooding back the circumstances around his brother's death. Eddie's search for Sophie finally takes him to the streets of New York, where he wonders if this time he really has done a deal with the devil.
