Known as the Nude Nutritionist for her honest, back-to-basics approach, she's built a dedicated following by calling out nutrition nonsense and promoting real health and body acceptance.                   The message about trusting your body really stood out to me. It reminded me of our experience with enuresis, where trust and support mattered more than rigid rules.
