My favourite thing to bake with my grandchildren is Poffertjes (mini dutch pancakes) with their own choice of toppings such as lemon juice & sugar, butter & icing sugar, nutella, chopped strawberries, maple syrup and ice-cream. School holidays and sleep-overs is the perfect time for baking with my grandchildren.

I would’ve liked to see what it looks like when my granddaughter opens the books to see her expressions on her face!! 😍😉😏 It’s their face makes your happy when you see their face… if they love it! 🥰
