GIVEAWAY: Olive of Groves

GIVEAWAY: Olive of Groves

*Giveaway posted 29th October, enter by 3rd November*

Olive of GrovesThis week, we’re excited to have special signed copies of Katrina Nannestad’s new children’s novel, Olive of Groves, to give away.

Fellow author Judith Rossell describes this book as ‘Exciting, charming and very, very funny.’

When Olive arrives at Mrs Groves’ Boarding School for Naughty Boys, Talking Animals and Circus Performers, it is definitely not what she expected. The principal spends most of her time hiding from the students (who spend most of their time blowing things up and spreading butter on everything) and the school bully not only acts like a nasty pig, he really is one.

But Olive is sweet and kind, and has friendship and wits on her side …

What fun!

With its plucky heroine, wicked villain and lovely hardcover format with illustrations (by Lucia Masciullo) throughout, we think this is a classic-in-the-making. For readers of around 8-12.
