It came as no surprise to find out that Crais has previously written scripts for major crime television shows. His pacing and plotting are near perfect.
A Dangerous Man is a gripping tale, and reads as a standalone in case you’re new to the series, as I was. It is so cleverly written that you won’t guess what is coming until it is happening on the page.
