3 Steps To Make Powerful, Long Lasting Changes To Your Life in 2020!
It’s the beginning of a new year. The air is ripe with possibilities. All around us, there is talk of goals and planning and resolutions. But the fact is this – the vast majority of us will end this year no different than how we began it.
Our dreams still tiny seeds that have not taken root. And there’s a reason for it: we’re not doing goals properly.
Here’s the 3 steps you need to take to actually achieve your goals this year!
1. Write down AND regularly review your goals!
Research by Dr. David Kohl shows:
● 80% of people claim that they don’t have goals
● 16% of them have goals, but they don’t write them down
● Only 3% actually have written goals, but they don’t review them
regularly
● Only 1% has written goals and they review them regularly, and these are among the highest achievers.
So the stats are clear – if you want to thrive, follow the simple rules of writing your goals down and looking at them often!
2. Consider your goals when you write your to do list each day.
Make your decisions based on whether it will take you closer to your goal or not!
“Millionaires look at their goals once a day, billionaires look at them twice a day.”
3. Enlist your friends to be goal-getting goddesses too!
Entrepreneur Jim Rohn tells us that we “are the average of the five people we spend the most amount of time with.”
So make sure you start sharing your dreams with your friends. Ask them what their goals are, and start encouraging each other!
