Bell has done it again with this wonderful guide book. My head is now filled with new ideas of how to live a more mindful, relaxing and kind-hearted life – and I’m an adult!

The book is separated into chapters filled with fun facts, recipes, games, exercises and more, including the following categories: Mind, Body, The Great Outdoors, Learn New Things, Home and Lifestyle and Help the Planet. There is something to learn for kids with all sorts of different interests. One of my favourite parts about this book are the profiles and interviews with inspiring kids from around the world.
