New Books to Get Excited About in July

New Books to Get Excited About in July

Here are some of the best books to get your hands on this July. Some of the standouts are from authors who we haven’t heard from in many years and there’s a huge expectation around their new books. There’s the highly anticipated novel from the legendary author of To Kill A Mockingbird, Harper Lee. Can Go Set A Watchman possibly live up to expectations? We certainly hope so…

Another iconic writer,  The Unbearable Lightness of Being author, Milan Kundera, publishes his first novel in 12 years – The Festival of Insignificance– to wide acclaim.

There are some fantastic new novels from emerging writers too. There’s a huge buzz around Australian author Stephanie Bishop’s second novel, The Other Side of the World, and another exciting Australian voice emerges with the debut novel from Melbourne writer Eliza Henry Jones, In The Quiet.

So make some time for yourself and cosy up with some good books this month. And let us know what you think in the comments below – we’d love to hear your thoughts and reactions.
